Shipping Terms & Conditions

Billing terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. In the event payment is not received by the due date, interest shall accrue at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) on the unpaid portion of the invoice for each period of thirty (30) days from the due date. Purchaser shall be liable for Supplier's costs associated with the collection of any amounts past due, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and court costs. Supplier retains title/security interest in the goods until full payment. Clerical errors are subject to correction. Delivery terms are F.O.B. shipping point, unless otherwise noted. Unless specific shipping instructions are given, we will use our best judgment to determine the most satisfactory routing. All merchandise becomes the property of the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. All claims for damage or shortage should be made to the carrier. All material shipped direct from the manufacturer will be F.O.B. shipping point unless the manufacturer's terms specify otherwise. Any discrepancies in shipment or billing should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Deductions from invoices without proper notification to ABBCO will not be allowed. If disputes should arise, laws of the State of Florida shall prevail.

Return Goods

Goods may not be returned without prior written approval. If the reason for returning material is our fault or that of the manufacturer, we will promptly, without expense to the customer, rectify the error. If this lies with the customer, we will do everything possible to minimize the expense or loss to the customer. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable charges for handling and restocking. All goods returned must be in saleable condition in their original boxes and in whole saleable units. All requests for return of merchandise should be made within three days of receipt.
